Care Profile

The Care Profile is a tailored offering designed to capture the participant’s journey in the HCWSP to enhance employment applications through quality and concise documentation.

The Care Profile offers a personalised summary of your strengths, and skills relevant to the Personal Care Worker role. It is designed to provide a snapshot of your values and personal experience related to care – and tailored for the role.

We offer a detailed questionnaire for participants to reflect and provide meaningful responses.

The Care Profile provides employers with valuable insights that extend beyond the information typically found in a resume, aiding in the selection of candidates who not only meet the technical requirements of the role but also align with the company’s culture and values.

Care Career Passport

The Care Career Passport is designed to guide you throughout your journey to become a care and support worker and invite you to explore the wide range of growth opportunities available to help you build a successful career in care.

It provides you with tangible proof to show to potential employers and demonstrate your skills and qualifications as a care worker.

How does the Care Career Passport work?

The Care Career Passport:

  1. Consolidates in one place your skills, training and certifications, industry requirements, experience and milestones.
  2. Serves as a snapshot of your career journey so far and provides validation of your credentials to potential employers.
  3. With it, you can keep track of your milestones from when you first joined the Home Care Workforce Support Program to achieving other career goals, such as First-Aid certification or other accredited training.
