Eric Harper appointed Executive General Manager, Service Delivery at SSI

Settlement Services International (SSI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Harper as Executive General Manager, Service Delivery, effective 16 June 2025.

Mr Harper joins SSI following a distinguished public sector career, most recently serving as National Manager, Health Design & Complex Payments/Delivery Modernisation at Services Australia, Australia’s largest government service agency.

A seasoned executive leader, Mr Harper brings more than two decades of experience in delivering human services and driving systemic change across social policy, justice, housing, and multicultural programs.

He has led major initiatives across child and family services, aged care, disability support, mental health, and economic participation, consistently championing inclusive, community-focused outcomes.

SSI CEO Violet Roumeliotis said Mr Harper’s appointment strengthens the organisation’s leadership at a time of growing need and opportunity.

“Eric brings a deep understanding of the complex systems that shape people’s lives and a proven ability to lead innovative, client-centred services at scale,” said Ms Roumeliotis.

With a strong track record in clinical and forensic governance and Indigenous empowerment, Mr Harper will lead SSI’s service delivery portfolio with a focus on integrated, sustainable impact across diverse communities.
