The Multicultural Gambling Harm Prevention Services is designed to support individuals from multicultural backgrounds and communities in-language.

Our services will provide a safe space for migrant, refugee, and culturally diverse community members to overcome the challenges associated with gambling.

Multicultural Gambling Harm Prevention Services considers the whole individual. It both directly addresses problematic gambling behaviours and uses cultural care planning to meet participants’ full needs. Cultural care planning includes the promotion of a participant’s connection to culture, religion, language, and community.

Although our services are tailored to support the specific needs of culturally and linguistically diverse individuals, the program caters to all individuals struggling with the impact of gambling.

Multicultural Gambling Harm Prevention Services is delivered by SSI with funding and support from the Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation.
