Summary of evaluation of Humanitarian Settlement Program in Armidale

The Humanitarian Settlement Program (HSP), funded by the Australian Government, is delivered in the initial stages of settlement to refugees and other humanitarian entrants. SSI was contracted to deliver the HSP in selected locations across NSW including in Armidale which was designated as a new regional settlement location in 2017. This evaluation reports on the establishment of the HSP in Armidale and early settlement outcomes for newly arrived refugees.
