About the role

As a Linker you will work within the local community to assist people with disability, their families and carers to be valued and active members of their community. This role provides a locally based first point of contact, designed to improve access to, and engagement in, local community utilising formal and informal supports, that facilitate social and economic inclusion of people with disability.

Ability Links Area Coordinator

About the role

The Area Coordinator role is responsible for providing effective and efficient leadership of SSI's Ability Links Program and professional management and development support to Linkers in their designated area. The role provides day-to-day management of AL activity, ensuring that this is delivered in accordance with SSI policies and procedures, and the aims and objectives of the Program.

Administrator (Reception, PA & Recruitment)

About the role

Are you a strong all-round administrator looking for an administration position that will allow you to grow and develop your skills? We currently have a vacancy for a strong administrator in our growing Employment Services team! 

The Administrator will assist with reception duties; provide PA support to our Manager of Employment and Enterprise, as well as providing recruitment support. This position will suit someone with a proactive approach!

Commercial Analyst

The Commercial Analyst will be responsible for engaging with the Employment and Enterprise department on a daily basis to analyse, research and provide advice on improving existing business practices, to improve our client servicing and overall business performance. The role will work closely with internal and external Operational Management and senior stakeholders to drive the achievement of client, financial and commercial objectives.

Ability Links NSW (ALNSW) is a new way of supporting people with disability, to link with their local and extended communities, as well as working to promote greater inclusion within communities. ALNSW values and recognises the diversity of NSW communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities.
